"I was at the pharmacy today, Jacqueline at the inside pickup window was very courteous and polite. So was the lady at the drop-off window. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name. It was at 5:00 PM on January 17th."
"My 1st and last time getting RX here. I was very sick and the 1st RX took 4 days to fill, liquid med without anything to measure it, 2nd RX same, the bottle had a leak and lost most of the medicine. Plus insurance did not pay for them. They never answer the phone and are extremely rude. Back to Walgreens for me, even if it cost me more."
"Worst CVS I ever been to. However, my wife needed urgent medication and called before. They had guaranteed it would be ready by 4:30pm. We arrived around 4:30pm waited about 4 cars in drive-thru for our turn. Finally it was our turn and they took about 5 minutes to answer me, enough to form a huge line behind me. Then the person answering the drive-tru line lied to me saying that medication wasn't ready and would only be ready the next day just so they could get the drive-thru window in my face 15 minutes before the close time (5pm). My wife entered the pharmacy and 5 minutes later she had the medication in her hands. We left before 5pm. So why the heck did the person claim the medication wasn't ready when it was? Is this how CVS handles healthcare in Florida?"
"The store itself is fine, staff is friendly and helpful for the most part. However, the pharmacy lacks efficiency, more often then not there is a line, spending 10+ minutes per car. Even if there is no line it takes 5 minutes to get your prescription."
"I recently started using this pharmacy but was initially hesitant about doing so because of the negative reviews. However, I am happy to report that my experience so far at this CVS location has been wonderful. The pharmacist was extremely helpful and she expeditiously worked with our insurance company to resolve a problem that my husband had been experiencing with refilling a prescription. Additionally, when we were having difficulty finding an item in the store and asked the cashier for assistance she was very attentive and helpful. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this pharmacy and will be back."
