"The lady(possibly Hispanic)at the drive up pharmacy was quite rude a few mins when I came thru 8/17/03 @ approximately 3:30 ish and it was just so not necessary. I appreciate the service at the drive up that Walgreens offers and this was disappointing."
"The customer service was absolutely absurd here while my friend and I were trying to get allergy medication to treat her allergic reaction. A man asked for my friends ID for Benadryl which she didn’t have because I drove us there. I understood the need for ID. He insisted that I pay and show my ID and I agreed. As I gave him my ID he asked my 20 year old friend, “how old are you young lady?” in a snappy tone. Then as she tried to pay with her phone after I showed my ID he swatted her hand away from the machine. Might I add that this was an old white male who had no problem selling Benadryl to me, a young white woman, but was rude to my friend who is black. Absolutely unacceptable."
