"Terrible store to return anything even highly defective products! Had a USB to USB Type C Android Charger Cable which came with a Lifetime Warranty from iHome got it as a gift and it went bad and therefore do not have a receipt This Staples did not exchange it for one that was non defective and worked. Don't buy a gift to give to anyone at this store without giving them a recipt because they will not let you exchange it! Plus their return policy is very short! It came with a lifetime warranty that when you try to reach the company it is impossible to get ahold of them. Staples does not stand by products you buy from them even bad products!"
"This store is my go to every time I need something for my office, I usually receive great customer service for the employees but tonight I did not get the best one and I got charged a rush fee for a few pages that I wanted to print out. Is not about the money is about the customer service. Hopefully they see that good customer service is everything these days."
"Came today for a pickup for a wedding poster I had sent to be print. Looking at the website it was confusing since it looked like the poster online made it seem since it was on an easel but when I came for pickup it was a printed poster and not one you can put on an easel. But Nori heard my concerns and was nice enough to help me with my frustration and explain to me about the poster board with lamination which is what I wanted. She said no problem she will print out my poster again on the poster board with the lamination that I wanted and will just charge me for the poster. Still same day ready. THANK YOU NORI!"
