All items pawned or sold at Quick Draw Quality Pawn are listed with detailed descriptions and provided to local law enforcement as required by Florida law. Items are held for a minimum of 30 days before being available for sale to ensure they are not stolen property.

Borrowers have the option to make interest-only payments to extend their loan agreement, which is typically for 60 days. If needed, borrowers can extend the agreement by paying 25% of the original loan amount for an additional 30 days. Communication with the shop is essential for loan continuation, as failure to do so may result in the property becoming available for sale.

Only the original borrower may pick up items, and must present their pawn receipt, photo ID, and payment of applicable fees. In the event that the pawn receipt is lost, a valid Florida driver's license or state-issued photo ID may be accepted. "amazing shop!! all three gentlemen were respectful, and were super helpful out of all the gun stores that i have visited this one is phenomenal. The employee's were super informative, and awesome! I would recommend my friends to shop here, and would recommend everyone else to come talk to them about guns!! Oh!! and James is the man you want to talk to! he is easy to talk to have lots of interaction with him that's the guy you want! I am sure the other gentlemen are awesome but James is the guy! Also the store owner is very easy going just like James is"
