"Great store, horrible prices. It’s honestly crazy. I needed a small sifter as it’s my first time going to find shark teeth. You can’t find anything for less than $30. A small sifter bag - $30, a flea rake - up to $65. They sell 1/8 of a pool noodle for $5 LOL"

"I am a licensed Florida Fossil hunter since 1985. Truly passionate about hunting and thrilled about what I have found. Selling fossilized shark teeth is a great reward for the hard work for countless hours you put in to it. They have a sign stating they "Buy Sharkteeth", but their offering 8 was very disappointing. I felt ripped off walking out of there and disappointed in myself for accepting that low of an offer for beautiful teeth. Unless they do better at an offer for the gorgeous teeth I find, I am going to just bypass them and sell to other buyers. It is a beautiful store with many wonderful artifacts and fossils."

"Friendly, knowledgable and helpful staff. The store is cute and has a lot of fun trinkets, as well as a great shark tooth collection. We stopped to grab some baskets/shark tooth sifters for the beach while visiting. Their tools are a little pricey, but they're well made and make the shark tooth sifting process much more enjoyable. They suggested Brohard or Caspersen for sifting. I personally suggest Brohard - even the dog beach has great finds if you wanna take your fur baby along with you on the adventure. This was our favorite spot to spend most days on our visit. The dog got to enjoy the beach and water while we sifted for teeth and soaked up some rays."

"Shark Frenzy in Venice, Florida is a very interesting place for shark enthusiasts. They have an awesome selection of fossils for sale such as Megalodon teeth. They sell sand sifters and scoopers for finding shark teeth at the nearby beaches. The staff is very knowledgeable and can assist you with figuring out what you've found after your search if brought in to them. They can also give good recommendations on where to search for said teeth and fossils. I definitely recommend stopping in for a visit!"
