"Visited the store for a simple fix on gold chain. As I came in a young lady from the office on the right came out to help. It was my 1st and last time here. I was told a high price and about 2 weeks wait. Not worry about the price but the wait was too long. I feel she just didn't believe it was my chain. She could have asked, and I would have been ok to show receipt from where and when I bought it. Obviously not convenient since that is at home but could have come back with it later. I went to another jewelry close by with my family and they fix it in about 5 min and for free. My business from now on will be to the other store."
"I had a chance to visit reflection gold on 12/28/23 I found the ring that i like and asked for the final sale price and as you guys can see in the picture it’s a 2037$ or 2637 but at a check out ring was 3,149$ the ring itself is very nice, I will not recommend this place"
