"We've enjoyed consistent, thorough personal service from the staff at the Brandon branch for several years now. Everyone knows me by name, even if I can't recall having ever met them, and they're always ready to assist. My one request in ten years that wasn't followed up on in a timely fashion involved someone not in the branch and the moment the branch became aware of the situation it was immediately addressed. That sort of attention is hard to find these days, especially in the banking industry, and sets Bank of Tampa (and especially the Brandon branch) apart from the rest."
