"Upon arrival there was ample parking with no debris in the parking lot. Facility was well lit, clean and had ample space to move around. I was instantly greeted by an employee in good spirits that was well dressed, well spoken and well trained in his duties. I was guided instantly to the item and then appropriately taken to an area where I was informed on operational aspects. Upon deciding to proceed with the purchase the employee negotiated a price while bringing me to the transaction area which was noticeably appropriate behavior to which a price was agreed and the transaction was finalized. They only aspect of the sale that disturbed me was a small window of 24hours for a return. That seemed a little unreasonable. However the item is fully functional and the purchase was a positive experience for all involved. So with that I will recommend engaging in business with this entity!"

"Stop here! If you are looking for any services at a Pawn Shop, you must stop here. The customer experience you get is better than high jewelers. Franky greeted us as soon as we walked in. He is truly a genuine soul and deserves all the blessings. Technically I was only window shopping, however I ended up spending $230. Haven’t had a great customer experience in such a long time. "I went to this location for the first time yesterday afternoon. I was promptly greeted by Avery, who was very friendly, helpful, and professional. I had a diamond bridal set I wanted to sell and he gave me a very good offer. I had been to a competitor on the same street earlier the same day, where they automatically refused it. I have visited several pawnbrokers in the area, trying to find the best one. However, If you are looking for the best deal, I highly recommend La Familia. I have also been to the Seffner location and have always had a good experience there as well. I believe I have found the best!"

"I stop by pawn shops now & again looking for deals on gold & designer handbags. I hadn’t been here in awhile. Today Lori helped me. So impressed with her patience, people skills, sales instincts, and strong work ethic. I briefly mentioned my side business as a buyer/seller. She let me know they can always negotiate a fair price for purchasing several pieces. I wasn’t ready to purchase but browsing inventory with Black Friday approaching. I didn’t even say that’s the reason. She kindly let me know about the Black Friday sale in detail & best times. I walked right back in realizing I forgot to see the handbags. I spotted 1 and Lori worked out a good deal for me. I happen to be a manager in sales for a nation wide company. I got my start in sales first. Not only does Lori have great customer service skills & sales skills that leaves a memorable experience for buyers."
