This mistreatment followed a previous incident where I reported a concern about her co-worker. What's disheartening is that the manager was present during this encounter and only offered a brief apology. I expect to be treated with decency and respect as a customer, and Carmen's offensive behavior has left me feeling unwelcome. It's important for establishments to address such issues promptly to ensure a positive customer experience."
