"I had a few problems with my debit card and credit card, and Maria Rosa was very helpful in resolving them. She was patient and understanding, and she took the time to explain everything to me. I appreciate her help, and I would recommend her to others. However, it did take more than a month to resolve my debit card issue. I understand that these things can take time, but it was frustrating to have to wait so long. Overall, I had a positive experience at Truist Bank. Maria Rosa was great, and I would definitely use this bank again. Here are some specific things that I liked about my experience: * Maria Rosa was very helpful and patient. * She took the time to explain everything to me. * She was able to resolve my issues quickly. Here are some things that I would like to see improved: * The time it takes to resolve issues. * The availability of self-service options. Overall, I had a positive experience at Truist Bank. I would recommend this bank to others."

"If you’re looking for a bank don’t come here. The machines are always down. They close the branch earlier so if you work a 9-5 you’re screwed. The banking system is horrible. If you try to deposit a check 9/10 the machine is not working. Then when you finally do find one and make the deposit before 9 it won’t reflect until 2 days. When they do have someone working on the machines the people they hire are incredibly rude. My dad left Truist and went to Navy Federal and I’ll be doing the same. The nasty attitude from guy fixing the machine did it for me. Officially lost a customer. It’s 5:41 I got out of work at 5 and the last thing I did was that treatment all because I was trying to withdraw money to purchase my sons 1st school pictures. Disgusting company."
