"Want to give a shout out to Robert Landron at this location. I wanted an item I saw on sale online. They allow to pick the item and have a sales person call you before you pay and tell you when it's available. I didnt get an email but called the store the next morning. Robert picked up asked me my confirmation # and that he would call me back once he go info. Within a few minutes did he not only call, invoice me, got me a appt to have it delivered this week and when there was a cancellation called me back to squeeze me in! Wow talk about customer service. My dishwasher is working and I love it!"

Not only did they have the best price, but they were so knowledgeable about the product and HAVE IT IN STOCK so I got my new washer and dryer the SAME DAY! Highly recommend. "Altamonte Spring Store….really bad customer service. We asked for the price and the guy tells me that he doesn’t know. He went to look up the price and gave us a bogus price. When I checked the price online it was less than what he gave us on the appliance with scratches and dents. I approached him he tells me maybe it’s a mistake and he said let me go check again I’m still waiting for 20 minutes and he ignored me! Thank you for the bad service Appliance Direct!"

"We went to this place about 1 month ago based on good reviews. People were really friendly and many selections were available. Then coming to the time of buying, I went back and learnt something new. The red bordered tags are for floor models, one of the kind, some of them have scratches and dents. If you don't mind and can cover them up, you will save some money. The yellow bordered tags indicate they have brand new items available. I want to buy something new but to no avail. I thought the salesman told me this model they had 60 in the back last time. Well, my misunderstanding."

The whole sales process with financing was smooth and seamless. The delivery and installation was absolutely incredible. The care and detail removing and replacing both appliances was spectacular. The two men, sorry I don’t remember their names, we’re in an out in less than an hour leaving everything perfectly set up for my comfort and enjoyment. Price point was competitive, installation was perfect, I highly recommend using them."
