"Well organized. I personally have not had any negative experiences with the staff while there, they seem friendly and honestly just normal. I don't know who the other reviewers dealt with but I'd recommend going and seeing for yourself. Nobody is gonna break your stuff or call you a pig."

"Beautiful store, extremely organized and a great cause. I was there and the female at the front desk had the personality of a dirty wet mop. As a donor, it would be nice to be treated kindly. She clearly is having a bad day and her manager that came out to listen to my questions was no better. Exhausting to try and buy an item that was not priced. I left empty handed and will find another pet cause to donate my items to from here forward. As I was leaving the store she had a very condescending remark to make and it’s clear her manager allows (or doesn’t have the tools to control it) as she was very comfortable in her position to say something to my back in his earshot. If one of my employees talked to a customer the way she does, they would be told to leave. No respect whatsoever."

"Very nice, clean, and well organized. What makes this thrift store especially unique, is they carry a lot of pet items, from collars and leashes to toys and even potty pads. I'm not sure what other commenters are talking about when they refer to bad customer service... I have never experienced that at this store. They are always very helpful and friendly. They even help you load your car when you've bought too much!! Anytime I am in this area, I always stop by, and never leave empty handed!"

"The store has some really great deals on some nice stuff, let me start with that…however…the level of customer service i received on my last visit was SO BAD AND SO RUDE! Every time I get my hair done at that plaza I stop in, my last visit was however so insulting! As I went to check out with 20 plus items I was beginning to remove the hangers on my items and they cashier asked me to stop, I was very confused because I always remove my own hangers anywhere I go (and I shop at a lot of different stores and quite often) so at first I was like hmm OK, however she was moving so slow and I had a lot of stuff so I began to help again, then I started to tell her that I would like to remove my own hangers and she literally forbid me to do so. At that very time the manager came out and I told him how she would literally not allow me to help her remove the hangers and that I was in a hurry, he too told me to let her do things her way and not to help her if that’s what she wanted. I was so dumbfound, like what??? To be honest I was so angry about how I was spoken to and treated that I won’t be back no matter how good the deals are! Come on people…do better! I’m in a customer satisfaction type industry and if I spoke that way to my client I would be embarrassed of myself."

"What can I say that hasn't already been said. The store is filled with so many quality, gently used and new items. There is surly something that will catch your interests and fit your budget! The owners are friendly, inviting and a delight to chat with. They have HUGE hearts and dedicate their life's work around supporting the local homeless animal community. Stop in, you wont regret it!"
