"I really wanna take the time out to a customer service rep leisha if I'm spelling in right...well we need more reps like her the patience was unbelievable cause my spouse was going insane about knowing what going on with her account with out the careless reps that seemed just been trying to get on to the next customer.....this company can have more potential if more reps where like leisha. While my spouse lost and buried both parents this July and just overwhelmed that no rep could give her that comfort...while I tell her God got us she tends to doubt his ability at times and she was worried but leisha told her today September 19th all she needs to here....And while the convos became personal you can't tell she genuinely care what my spouse was going thru sick off COVID and Grieving....Leisha deserves a lot of a recognition she unbelievably and people like that keep a business going..thanks truly from The Conklin/Jakes Family"

"Absolutely horrible mortgage company. I have been with them for almost 5 years I have never missed one payment. In Nov 2022, there was a reamorization schedule with a higher payment for escrow. I continued to pay each month and then in Jan 2023, paid a higher amount to account for a $150 difference that was not paid. In Feb, I paid the full balance since they could not understand that I was paying even more each month then what I needed to make up for the three months where the auto payments were not adjusted. They falsely called the credit bureau and reported me to the three credit agencies which dropped my credit score significantly. Each time you call them you get some ignorant individual on the phone who is talking to you from their house. They have no idea what they are talking about nor do they even have access to half of your information. They are unprofessional liars and do not provide any customer service."

"Not the mortgage company for you if you intend on making biweekly payments and saving on interest. (Unfortunately our mortgage was sold to them so we didn’t have a say) They do not allow it and they actually charge you a fee for paying extra every month as well. Complete scam artist and impossible to deal with. Our last mortgage holder was CHASE and they were amazing. 100% recommend going elsewhere."

"Complete scam artist. Their employee attempted to give me high rates for everything. I went with another lender and then he felt the need to try and compete AFTER he realizes the other company gave me a better offer. Beware that a lot of these people working for this company do everything to fatten their pockets. They tried to give me the whole military friendly company. They were definitely exposed to be the opposite. Their employees true colors came out when I told him I didn’t want to do business due to lies and inconsistencies. He sent me an email pretty much going off on me because he was butt hurt about losing a deal."

"I am realtor and it’s was a pleasure working with Cory Miller. We had very difficult transaction that involved VA loan . Cory was on top of it to the last day, he worked very hard for a client and was always available to take my phone calls, also he was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to.
