"I love this place and the staff! They always deliver. This time I needed a part for my washer and a part for my stove, they didn't have it in stock but ordered it for me (at a slightly better price than I saw online) and within 3 days I had my parts. Perfect OEM replacements. Thanks guys!"

"Dearest reader, I rarely give out a 5 star rating. Our air broke down and I found some of the problems, looked them up on Amazon, but could not get an overnight shipment on the parts. The price difference was minimal. When buying here, you are treated with respect and a positive additive. Seriously, these are a great bunch of guys. The store is clean, extremely well stocked, and most importantly, they know how to help folks!! I took my 3 parts down for replacement, 2 of which I had diagnosed by visual inspection. Pete tested all my parts, determined that only 2 were bad and the 3rd would still work. To error on the side of caution, and hopefully prevent another parts run, I bought all 3 parts. Again, I just can’t tell say enough good things about these folks! As a follow up to my need for parts, they were indeed bad. However, my A/C still did not run. Continued to follow everything to the house, found a burned and melted disconnect box. Ran out and found a direct replacement. Hoping that would solve the rest of the issue. Sadly, sadly the A/C still failed to run. So, I got my nut runner out and popped the top off the unit and began trouble shooting. At this point, there was only 2 major parts left that could be bad. I unplugged the compressor inside, and stabilized the lid, so the fan could run. Hit the switch and everything as normal except the compressor. I tried this in a couple of configurations and concluded that the compressor was bad or in my case had a direct short. So, back on the phone with The Parts House, they had a compressor in stock and ready to go. However, I have zero experience with refrigeration and do not have gauges and brazing equipment. I asked Pete for a reference to install it. Later that day, Joe from Joe’s A\C came by, verified my diagnosis and we settled on a price. Today, Joe and helper arrive and complete the swap in about 2 hours!! Freaking amazing! Go here if you like knowledgeable, kind, courteous, and friendly people that will help out a good Do It Yourself kind of guy!! Thank you Parts house of Brandon!!!!!!?"
