"I am giving this rating on todays experience only While waiting in the lobby I noticed that both doors to the back room were wide open (thought maybe they were having ac issues ) no problem there But a customer came in with his 2 minor children (8-10 yrs old) the bud tender looked at his ID noticed he was a walk in ( I was a pickup) He walked right into the back room with his kids and made his purchase and they walked out Since when are children allowed into the back room much less in the complex at all? How can we take away the negative stigmas of cannabis ?when this is allowed to happen especially in a medical only state I feel your companies irresponsible actions is only going to make cannabis illegal and will be justified Not sure if I want to continue purchasing from your establishment"

"This trulieve needs some help! Always a really long wait even if you pre check in and dont change anything. One of their "managers" is a spaz yelling and running around. I've heard from others how crazy it is in there and I've seen it. The very loud squeaky door is also terrible to listen to during your long wait time. Been to trulieves all over florida this is the most broke down janky location there is. Avoid if possible."

"Every time I use this location I wait such a long time. I use express pickup each time, typically use the Crystal River Store. Today I submitted an order at 8:45 am. Never received a text confirming my order was filled. I called and verified that it was ready. Once I got there I waited over 45’mins, 3 others were inside before me, they were served as well as all the walk ins that came in after me. I just wish they could get their express pick up service to work properly."

"It was my first visit after having trouble with my previous dispensary, and I was really satisfied with the service and attention to customer service all around! I highly recommend this dispensary to anyone looking for a business that hasn't lost the plot on how to treat customers. It's rare in these times to patronize a business that knows your name, and takes the time to be personable with you, rather than treat you as another number! "I pre order and it’s a quicker to get in and out. Great staff and products but what makes them stand out is that they back their stuff. I’ve returned and replaced with NO trouble. Complete analysis of products always available at the time of selection! You KNOW what you’re getting for your money. I appreciate the transparency! I also applaud Trulieve for advocating for recreational use and other laws concerning THC products. Thanks for not just trying to make a buck, your love shines through your work.
