The store immediately contacted me as there was an issue where flowers couldn't be delivered due to my loved one's ward (ICU) due to hospital policy. Little Flower Shop gave me lots of options for how to proceed, were very informative, and pleasant to work with. I appreciate how quickly they contacted me and how flexible they were to make sure I was satisfied. I will absolutely use their services again when my loved one is back home."

"I unfortunately live in Amarillo, TX so it’s extremely hard for me to do something for Mother’s Day. This year I decided on sending her flowers. I wanted them sent to her job but I waited too long in the evening to call so I left a voicemail. They called me back first thing Saturday morning and almost immediately sent them on a delivery van to my moms house. I’m overall impressed and extremely satisfied. I will be using this shop again.
