"I just got off the phone with the friendliest staff member named Joshua. They did me a huge favor by delivering an arrangement near the cutoff hours posted online. It's a really really difficult to find that excellent communication in the retail and service industries like it was years ago but this place will surprise you. Give it a shot if you get a chance. "I have recently ordered three gorgeous arrangements of fresh flowers that continued to bloom as they matured in the vase. Staff was very helpful and offered suggestions for each occasion, but also listened to my preferences. On top of all that, a great value, too! Highly recommend. A+"

"Mother in hospital for an unexpected surgery after a fall. Ordered from Cordova previously for my dad when he was hospitalized and was happy with the results. So ordered from them again for my mother. I was a bit disappointed in the size when she received it. Paid over $100 for the largest arrangement and was a little surprised it wasn't as large as what it seemed in the pics. It maybe would help to have a size chart prior to purchase. The arrangement arrived crooked as well but all of the flowers were top notch and beautiful! The unfortunate thing is the roses died after just 2 days and the stems seemed to have closed off and unable to get water. She was only able to enjoy them for a short time. This will not deter me from ordering again in the future, however. The owner did make it right as he said he would in the response to this review. They sent a new arrangement when a new batch arrived the following week. My mother had since been moved to a rehab facility for therapy but they were happy to deliver them to her room there as well. It was a nice gesture and they really went above and beyond. This florist overall is great and always have the most beautiful flowers."
