"My nephew’s sweet wife recently lost her beloved father, who was extremely well respected and well-loved in their community. I ordered an arrangement to send my condolences. Not being a resident of Pensacola, I went with a recommendation. This florist must have received so many orders for this particular funeral, like I said….the deceased was well-loved. I reached out to this florist because the arrangement I ordered was disappointing. Not only that it didn’t look like the arrangement online, it was missing some of the most common fillers! I actually named the missing flowers to the owner. The responses I received were: a picture of their disclaimer (some stems may be changed for freshness), “wish we could deliver every single flower ever grown”, and “more than happy to remove the arrangement.” First of all, many stems were different and some were MISSING! Secondly, I’m not asking for EVERY SINGLE FLOWER EVER GROWN….I’m asking for what I paid for. Last, but not least, she made the offer to REMOVE the arrangement twice through emails and she even called me to offered it the third time! It’s almost like she got some sick pleasure out of sticking it to the consumers. She never offered to add more flowers or to redo the arrangement. Maybe my arrangement didn’t cost enough for more care? I don’t know, but I would not recommend this place. There were beautiful arrangements at the funeral from R & S Crafts & Florist and even from Chua Dieu De Temple!"
