"I am very unhappy with Fedex, I received an order that took several days and when I opened the box it was empty, there you should know that 2 watches arrived, one was a gift for my son and the other mine, whenever you receive a package in a Fedex department, check the Presign that they saw the box and ensure that it is not adulterated and they open the box in front of the person who gives it to you, you can no longer trust anyone."

"It’s my second time that Fedex in homestead lost my items. I contacted the staff and they said that they knows where the driver left my items but they can’t say nothing. Maybe they are lost the items on purpose."
"I bought at Tjmaxx and FedEx from homestead was in charge of making the delivery. The driver left him at another address. I called FedEx on the Spanish line twice. They hung up on me and I listened when they told each other to hang up so I could repeat the call. When I managed to get through, they told me that they know who the driver is and where my package could be, but they couldn't say. That I went to all the houses finding out. My card eventually gave me my money back but I lost my purchase."
