"Incredibly slow service! My order was placed using the screens at the entrance and, after waiting about 30 min, I asked about where it was... the people working there said they missed it, and then looked at their monitor and saw it! All I ordered was a bowl of soup and a hot tea. They had a large number of people waiting ahead (and maybe after) me, and they were all gone by then. They said, "Oh, sorry," and got my soup... then i had to ask for the cup for my tea. The work area looked messy, and the ovens were very dirty looking. Everyone looked totally unhurried and just taking their time. I won't be back!!"
"The kids working at this specific location are always rude and clearly undertrained. I never expect them to get my order right the first time—but running away from the window after handing me my order and acting like you can’t see/hear me as I wave for help to correct the order? No thank you. Incompetence + attitude is a bad mix, especially when you and your team are already known for inconsistency."
"I had placed an order through the app for delivery and when it arrived the 1/2 sandwich was missing. I called the store because I was going to see if it was possible to have it delivered (although a lot of places refuse and just do a partial refund). I can’t remember who I spoke to, but the lady who answered was so kind and didn’t even make me ask, she offered before I had the chance. She also asked if I would like a bakery item for the inconvenience and I declined because it was a simple issue and she resolved it immediately. I am very sick and could barely speak on the phone when she was helping me and she was so polite and understanding. The order was just delivered, and she sent another hot tea that I had on the initial order as well. I would just like to say thank you so much. She is an asset to the Panera team!! I also frequent this location, so I just wanted to say thank you and keep up the great work and kindness!"
