"I have always had superb service at this UPS store- until today when the manager herself made no effort to help with my Amazon return! I stayed in the line and tried another attendant. His name was Josh and he took a little extra time to help out this senior citizen. You will go very far Josh and I remain so thankful. This store manager was unhelpful, and uncaring and did not apologize when I told her that she had made no effort to help me!! Disappointing. Your employee saved the day! Thank you."
"We had an excellent experience here. We came to get a few documents Notarized for a sales agreement initiated in another state. The documents were incorrectly completed on their end but Employee 236314 (sorry we never got his name) went ABOVE and BEYOND to help us! He was kind, patient, knowledgeable and efficient. Once the Notary was complete he helped us select the best option for shipping and even gave us a few tips. There aren't many places you can go anymore where customer service is exceptional. Employees like this should be cherished and valued! This isn't a large facility, so it does get extremely busy. With that said, as a customer, that's our responsibility to take into consideration when planning to come. The employees here do their best to keep the flow moving and have always been very helpful. They have no control over the fees and pricing, so those complaints should be directed to the corporate office. Having been a small business owner for many years, it's frustrating when you work so hard, only to have people complain about things you have no control over. These reviews are designed to show appreciation for someone's hard work, or dissatisfaction for the lack of it. All the other stuff can be mentioned as an fyi, but the rating itself should reflect how the process went... not how much their services cost! Best Wishes."
