"There are all young kids working there. They need a manager on each shift. Kids will be kids. They let the phone ring and just hear it ring and never answer. No one seems to have a clear definition of what their job duty is. I'm a nurse manager and these workers need a leader."
"It’s fast food but it’s decent and the pizza was straight out the oven. Obviously not your gourmet Italian restaurant Pizza but it’s very good for the price. The workers there are excellent! Quick and attentive."
"I am giving 5 stars for mostly one reason, and that's the delivery driver I had twice in a row since ordering Dominos, Francisco. The last 2 times he delivered my pizza, it got to my house fairly quick and not only looked like it JUST got out of the oven, but it was up to standards. The last delivery driver before Francisco spent a weird amount of time at another house, didn't come in uniform, didn't listen to my contactless message and was banging on my door like he was the police, and pizza was burnt; so having Francisco was like a breath of fresh air. Thank you Francisco for your impeccable service."
"Ordered pickup. Got there. Said I was here on the app and waited for 25 minutes. I asked "where are the sauces I ordered?" when the girl finally brought out my food. She went back in and came back out with one and ran off (I ordered 5). I won't be back. Also, watch yourself in the parking lot, the delivery drivers fly in and fly out with zero F's and park right in front of the store. I did get an email later that night for a free pizza for not delivering on the 2 minute curbside guarantee. I haven't clicked the link to see what it says. I'm good not going back, thanks"
"Upon receiving my pick-up order, I find both pizzas burned. After already losing 50 minutes waiting for my order, I refuse to lose anymore time and demanded a refund. There is no excuse for this, with over 10 employees behind the counter, they should have quality control perfected. Unfortunately the manager was too busy making change for drivers’ tips at the register."
