"I stopped by this morning to make an appointment for a passport. The older lady with a long grey pony tail was the rudest individual I have come across. Is she there to work or not? I don’t typically leave reviews but she was the definition of nasty with a large dose of terrible customer service. Hope she has a blessed day."

"We got here at 1 for a 1:15 appointment. First they told us they don't do passport renewal when there is literally a sign that says passport renewal area. She said we can wait and see what the other lady can do for us. So we waited. At 1:25, another customer wants to know when will she be attended to, she had an appointment at 1 pm. The person at the desk says the other lady is on her lunch break and won't be done for another 10 mins or so. The customer said she is also on her lunch break and has been here waiting for her appointment, which is now 30 mins past. Now she will be late to work with no lunch herself. We are also still waiting. This is absolutely unprofessional service. The post office is closed for passport service from 12-1, that's when you should probably take your lunch break lady. We are all still standing here waiting for our appointments while she's back there stuffing her face. Update: her name is Teresa and she is an absolute unprofessional mess who came out from her hole and was extremely rude to the girl in front of us. I had to walk out could not bare to hear her disgusting rude voice talk to the other customer like that. #fireTeresa"

"We were in to pick a package that didn’t deliver. We are staying in a house near ours while we finish construction. They sent all our stuff away yesterday. Geez not quite sure why. Looks like tough days ahead with this post master of sorts."

"This office is your typical service, ten people in line and only one person to facilitate. The place is clean and organized and if you come early, parking is very easy. Just come with time as everything takes long. Long lines or not, it takes a long time. They also have lots of packing and shipping supplies."
