"Worst customer service I've experienced at a dunkin. I told the person to hold on while someone was looking at the menu and the person continued to ask what I wanted 3 times in about 5 seconds. After the 3rd item was ordered the person said that completes your order pull ahead. Wasn't finished ordering though."
"Just don’t waste your time or money there. During our family trip from the keys to Miami, we decided to make a quick stop. Unfortunately, our experience was not pleasant. Our order was incomplete. The bag we received was dirty. The coffee tasted burnt, overall just bad customer service. After we placed our order, I decided to check the reviews of the restaurant and saw the negative feedback dating back six months. It's surprising that this place is still in operation, especially considering that their phone number is disconnected."
"I don’t know if our server was having a bad day or what, but she was miserable, even when we gave her a big tip. The donut I had was dry and the coffee was not good (tasted burnt) but not so sure if that is because we are so close to Cuba and that is the style. The lights didn’t work in the total and the store was dirty, I don’t recommend."
"We were here on our way to Orlando, stopped by to enjoy coffee along with everything bagels which are hit and fresh, filled with cheese. They have their own restrooms as well. Enjoyed Americano, bagels and doughnut"
