"Beware! We bought two Jupiter bikes from this store. The first ride the tire blew out. nothing was in it and only road on paved bike path. The battery does not last more than 15-17 miles even though pedaling all the time. Yes it is fully charged when we start. My Rad bike has a thousand miles on it and it is 7 years old. This battery lasts over 40 miles and still had 3 bars. Of course they do not stand behind their product on either issues. Only 90 warranty on battery, but we didn't have enough time on to realize it was the battery. Very disappointing and expensive mistake to buy from this store. Wish I could leave less than one star."

"This store has the worst customer service ever. I went there only to find a sign on the door that said out to lunch ,30 min. After I left for 45 mins and returned I was told by the employee in the store (now eating)that he would open the door when he finished eating his food.I was devastated as I drove all the way from new port Richey to Tampa to get my sons bike fixed for Christmas. Some people don’t have morals nor principles nor business skills for that matter.Find a different and more reliable Jupiter store before coming here"
