"Scammed me with more and more charges on insurance for delivery. Charged me $165.00, saying it would be fully refundable upon delivery, then tryed to charge me city permit insurance of 299.00. Never got my package. They will blackmail you. Never use this company!!"
"Terrible company. Ordered this small package from Amazon yesterday and was happy to see it qualified for same day shipping. Was supposed to have received it yesterday. Tracking info on there site said "Delivered Front Door" a little after 5. My boyfriend got home from work at 5:45. There was nothing. I went to my mailbox just in case- nothing. I come home on my lunch break today and well what do you know, I see this wedged in between the railing and the wall. I live on the 2nd floor, literally 20 ft from the bottem of the stairs. So you deliver my package a day LATE and then ARE TOO DAMN LAZY TO WALK UP THE STAIRS?!?!?! Please, if you have to option to use another company for your delieveries, so do. Check with Amazon before to make sure they're not using this one!"
"Ordered Amazon same day shipping. Never heard of this company before, so I read all of these reviews and freaked out. Called the company to offer instructions for the driver once he pulls into my condo complex, as the doors are not numerically marked. The lady on the phone advised that the driver will call me upon arrival. Never received a call, but my package was delivered to my home prior to the 9pm cutoff time. I guess the driver didn't have a problem finding my condo, or I just got lucky. Either way, I experienced no issues."
"3rd time in a row ordered same day it says delivered and I still don't have my package. Amazon is losing business messing with these people. They don't even attempt to find my door they just bring it to the front office (which is closed on the weekend) so now I'm waiting the entire weekend for a next day delivery that was "delivered" to an address that is not mine. I'm not even ordering from amazon if they are the carrier anymore they are just lazy."
