"My extremely complicated order was a jerk chicken wrap with no rice and a side of sweet potatoes. I got a cold wrap (grabbed it as soon as he put it out) with rice and no side. Great job, guys. By the way, they microwaves the sweet potatoes in the plastic container and their smoothies are sugar and ice, not real smoothies."

"Honestly this is the worst tropical smoothie I have ever been to. The two teenagers working are slow and incompetent. The girl working the cash register was on her phone when I walked in and didn’t even acknowledge me when I was standing directly in front of her ready to order. The guy working in the back cooking the food is absolutely horrendous at making the food. The lettuce, beans and rice were old. He made something that wasn’t even on the menu and definitely not what I ordered and served it to me. He also ripped the wrap part of the way in half, making it almost impossible to eat. Same guy also forgot to give me the salsa that comes with the meal that I ordered and when I asked for it from him I had to ask him 3 times because he asked me to repeat myself since he couldn’t hear me over his AirPods. He repeated said “huh?” At me and then he went in the back to get the salsa for me and was gone for way too long to be normal and came back with some yellow/green mayonnaise/ herb dressing looking sauce…. Definitely not salsa or anything I’d be willing to eat at this point."

"We ordered food from this location through Uber Eats, who consistently I must say, is not worth it (uber eats is not worth it). We waited over an hour and a half for uber to get our food and they failed again. And again. We decided to go into the restaurant after uber failed, frustrated and upset. We came in to find our order there sitting for an hour plus on the counter. We were honest with the staff and told them that uber messed up and it was my order. The young man, Trace behind the counter offered to remake my whole order so we could enjoy our meal that someone else failed to pick up. Amazing service! It's great to see that good customer service still exists! We sat down and decided to order more food to go! We'll be back! Thank you!"

"Stopped by for the 1st time today and was very pleasantly surprised! The cafe is much larger than I expected it to be. It's very bright and welcoming with plenty of places to sit and spread out. Aliza and Kari couldn't have been nicer or more patient as they answered my questions and helped me choose a smoothie. I went with the Mango Berry Cosmo and it was delicious! Will definitely be ordering that again. Also take note of the 50% off all smoothies from 7am - 9am. Every penny counts! Can't wait to return!"
