"Very friendly group of people providing a pleasant atmosphere with courtesy, safety and knowledge of the area. Not a lot of history of the area but, lots of info on what is happening currently. The trip on the river at night is highly recommended."

"We We had an amazing time at the Gasparilla invasion with Pirate Water Taxi! The Cuban sandwiches were great, service was amazing. They had drinks aboard. The staff was really nice and accommodating. We almost lost our boarding because the whole area was so crowded but that’s not the company’s fault. Just make sure to ask someone that works at the convention center and not security or police officers! ♥️ totally worth it and unforgettable experience"

"This was a fun date night excursion down on the Tampa Riverwalk. A relaxing cruise down the waterways to look at Christmas lights. All the employees were super nice and friendly, and they even had an elf on board to help lead the Christmas carols. Drinks during the cruise were also reasonably priced. This is a great thing to do if you have kids - they get to write Santa and then drop it off at a barge where Santa's helper will mail the letters. Santa's helper even has a gift for all the kids that participated. It loses 1 star only because I honestly expected more lights. I know the Pirate Water Taxi isn't responsible for all the lights along the way, but more would have been nice."

"The water taxi experience was fantastic – purchasing tickets online streamlined the process, and a convenient bracelet allowed unlimited rides to two designated areas until closing. The stunning views, whether in the afternoon or evening, added an extra layer of enjoyment. However, it's important to mention that no food is served during the ride. On a positive note, at one of the destinations, they do offer drinks, but they are not complimentary; you need to purchase them separately."
