On Thanksgiving Eve, I visited Lowe's with the intention of purchasing a ride-on mower priced at $2199. I had spoken to an associate and he mentioned that he is unaware of any additional discount on Black Friday. To my surprise and disappointment, when I returned on Black Friday, the same item had a price increase to $2500. This sudden price hike has left me feeling frustrated and questioning the transparency of pricing policies. Although, after I expressed my disappointment to the manager he lowered the price to the price marked on Last Wednesday. I was unsatisfied due to the remarks that they could not verify the integrity of my pictures . As a loyal customer, I have always valued the integrity and fairness that I associate with Lowe's. It's disheartening to believe that prices may have been deliberately raised during a shopping event like Black Friday. I understand that pricing can fluctuate, but such a significant increase in a short period raises concerns about the trustworthiness of the pricing structure. I hope Lowe's will take steps to ensure transparent pricing practices and provide an explanation for this unfortunate experience. "I'm not usually a five-star giver, but compared to the Lowe's on Waters, this was like celebrating a holiday. Long story short, the online order was ready within an hour, and it was actually up front and correct when I went to pick it up. The staff here are consistently polite, friendly, professional, and welcoming. If anyone reading this is trying to choose between this store and the one on Waters, don't even think about it - go anywhere other than the one on Waters, I'm confident you'll have a good experience with the Oldsmar Lowe's. And I KNOW you'll get aggravated and disappointed if you go to the one on Waters."

"Lowe's did our pergo vinyl floors. The installer did a great job. We love our new floors! However, our window blinds took a long time to get them installed. Poor communication between the store and the installation company caused the delay. We are still not completely satisfied with the kitchen vertical blinds installation."
