"I feel so fortunate to have Bikeways a couple miles from my house. Joe and Charlie are honest, hard-working and provide great service. I've been going there for a few years, but felt compelled to write a review after a particularly crazy event in late 2023. First, they went out of their way to find and order a part for my 30-year-old Bianchi. It had to come from Europe and the shipment got screwed up not once but THREE times over the course of SIX weeks. Still, they persisted and also didn't lose their patience as a checked in probably more than I should have. In the end, it arrived, like a Christmas miracle, as Joe said. They certainly didn't make as much money on me as they should have, thanks to those postal mishaps. I feel grateful and remain happy to call them my neighborhood bike shop!"

Joe is super welcoming and extremely knowledgeable on all things bicycles! his selection of bikes is stellar, and he does phenomenal work on fixing issues with a current bike you may have! my boyfriend got his bike fixed by Joe and it was repaired and back to rolling around town in a super timely manner! if you're looking for the best neighborhood bike shop in pinellas county- look no further, you found it! :)"
