"Brought my bike on a Saturday morning with broken spokes and was expecting to pay for it with some up sell and overcharging. It was a totally opposite experience. The gentleman who helped me was quite a character (in a positive way) who not only made me laugh but took his time explaining my issues in detail and went out of his way to save me as much as possible. Also gave tips on how to help stave off the issue going forward. My only problem was that it took me this long to find him and his shop. I will absolutely be using him and his shop all of my family’s biking needs. Don’t be afraid of a little smoke and a curse word or seven, but that was part of the experience!!"
"2/2022 UPDATE --- Returned to Dan three years after my last FL trip and again found a responsible price and two bicycles for the day. His personality has not changed any and he still does not give hugs. I've attached an updated photo of the two of us... FROM 2019 --- a new updated photo of the two of us. Contrary to some of the reviews - Dan provided me with three excellent bikes, his shop is located 25 feet off from the Pinellas Trail and he has very reasonable rates from his small working man's shop. He is not rude, he's blunt, he wants cash and he does not provide hugs. However if you are looking for a reliable bike at a reasonable cost in a most convenient location - DAN IS YOUR MAN."
