"I scheduled a tow with AAA that required a larger flatbed truck and they sent Xela Ops. The dispatcher was very responsive and the driver went above and beyond to get down our condo community’s narrow driveway and curve to where the vehicle was parked. There were also complications with the Tesla Model 3 control panel instructions to enable a transport setting to keep the car in neutral… which the Xela driver dealt with patiently and handled the vehicle with care."

"Worse towing company! They took my van from my house and stopped around the corner say that the driver didn’t feel safe driving with it. The dispatcher said she made a mistake sending the wrong truck. And stated she would send a larger one. Never showed up and left me waiting over two and half hours in my car with my van 1 mile from my house. Won’t answer the phone. Lied about returning a phone call with second truck eta. Basically dropped me off on the side of the road and canceled the tow with AAA. Very unprofessional and should be avoided. Work with at your own risk."
