FedEx Distribution Center

"Just look at the reviews of this horrible company. This company and specially this distribution center is horrible. Most useless worthless employee ever. They do the minimal they possible can to get their paycheck and that’s it. They don’t put any effort what so ever. My package was supposed to be delivery Monday and it’s been 5 days still saying out for delivery from this center. The workers are the laziest of all delivery companies. I can’t wait for the day another company buys out FedEx or for it to go out of business."

"This is by far the most incompetent company I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. The driver that was assigned to deliver my package is an asinine thief! I ordered some tires from a company called Tire Agent, obviously he saw they were tires which in Miami as you know are easy to move in the streets. He got to my friend's warehouse and opened the back of the truck I am assuming this is where he noticed that they were tires. Stands there by the truck talks on his phone for a bit walks around the back of the truck and gets back into the truck. Went to another warehouse stood idle for about 5mins and left. Never opened the truck never took down any packages just up and left and marked my packages as delivered. As soon as I got the notification (7 mins later) that my tires were delivered I called FEDEX and alerted them of what was going on and told them I had this man on Camera. They then opened a "case" and advised me that they would make sure to get back to me in 24 hours well its been 7 hours since that and I just got a notification from FEDEX stating that not only were my tires miraculously found but that the shipment will be delivered by end of day tomorrow, guess where though?! Back to the damn SHIPPER in Philadelphia! So after seeing this I called FEDEX and told them to please STOP the shipment and to return it to me (the recipient), however, I was told by the incompetent FEDEX phone attendant that he was sorry but that I'd have to have the shipper send it back to me because there was a glitch in the system that said 131ST ST and that there was no such thing as a STreet STreet I said "sir please tell me you are not this stupid, it means 131st (First) ST (Street) he then said "oh" and laughed I mean at that point he could've just spat at my face and it would've been less insulting...He then followed his laugh by saying "sorry but regardless there is no way I can stop the shipment" So basically my stance at this point is...GO FK YOURSELVE'S FEDEX DISTRIBUTION CENTER OF HOMESTEAD! DO BETTER & LET YOUR DRIVERS KNOW THAT EVERYONE HAS CAMERAS NOW & TO NOT STEAL FROM CONSUMERS!!!!!"

"I am having the same problem as so many others reviewing on this site. Is there any oversight or management at this place or FedEX. I too have been waiting with my door open and sitting in my house all day waiting for an important package that requires my signature. I checked on the tracking and too my shock it said there was an attempt made but no one home. This is a blatant lie! I called customer service and they said same thing and there was nothing they could do. I tried to see if I could pickup at warehouse to no avail. I tried speaking to a supervisor and was told "they are all too busy and have call volume overload". FedEx and this warehouse really need to figure out what is going on!"

"worst shipper in my 25+ years on ebay. if they don't smash it, they loose it. currently dealing with another misdelivered item (as the buyer). driver posts picture of box over a locked fence which means they clearly threw it despite being labeled fragile. i wish we could ship landmines via fedex and rid them of careless package handling. i'd cheer everytime one goes off!"

"I would give zero stars if I could. Was notified that my package was delivered, that it was left by front door. There was a picture of the package being handed to someone (not me). I have been home all day, no package was delivered to my address. FedEx customer service number is automated, doesn’t let you talk to a person. The same for their online chat, automated not a person. I have contacted the seller to see if they can help, but they only have email so have to wait for a response. FedEx is the worst!"
