"Usually a good location to shop at but this cashier had a really negative attitude. It was literally a simple 1 minute transaction with no complications or accommodations and I was polite. She looked like she had a bad day or something and threw the receipt at me instead of simply placing in on the counter . Saw her treating the lady in front of me similar too."

"This filthy place has OSHA regulation all over it, place is extremely filthy. Management staff for example “Kimberly” & “Marilyn”are incompetent and self centered. Going forward, hopefully cooperate office is aware of the shenanigans going on in this store."

"The staff is horrible. Only Spanish speaking. Not properly ethical when it comes to treating a person with a disability. They won't help you accordingly. The cashier will not accommodate you to a lower counter at check out. The manager mistreated and screamed at me. Not a Victoria secret I will going back to. There's not enough wheelchair space to get around. Things on the floor."

"The worst employee with the red hair was very rude, gave me a ugly face because I interrupt her while she was fixing the display. I just had a question of a receipt and her expression was like if I bugging her. I did told her and remind her that she working with people that she need to learn more of customer service. I will never step in that store. I'm very disappointing of her treatment toward me as a customer that i been buying since I was 19 years old with my mother. Very sad. But I when today to the international mall and their crew was very pleased and very sweet, I felt very respectful as a customer. Need to teach that employee with the red hair about people skilled in the west mall. Sad a company with higher expectations. If I had a chance I would no star."

"I'm all my 43 years of my living I've never had my purchase & only my purchase bag stapled close after my purchase my whole bag stapled shut. Not one customer was done like that & I asked why. I've never seen that done & It really bothered me. I stood there & didn't see it happen to not one other customer. I'll never shop this location again they don't even deserve the one star I gave them the service here was DISGUSTING"
