"Yesterday afternoon my husband and I visited the store, looking for specific clothes and shoes for a special event, we were half lost looking at so many things and Claudia approached us on the 2nd floor, asking if we needed help and she helped us tremendously. We were able to leave satisfied in a few moments. Thank you very much Claudia, your service is excellent. We are very grateful."

"I spend above $300 each time I go to this store. I bought a white dress which I had planned to use this February. Unfortunately I didn’t realize that the dress was worn/returned because I was grabbed it in a hurry as I traveling the same day. I was at the store to return it and after the customer service said she can’t return it, I demanded to speak with the store manager. Mr. Court came to address the issue and was very unprofessional and all he could say was I can’t take you should have checked the receipt to see that it was marked down maybe for the above mentioned reason and he was saucy. He walked back and told the so called customer person Nayade to trash it because I was ready to leave it there. He said she should trash it or I should go put it on EBay! Later I went upstairs to see him because I was pissed off with his attitude and I met a staff who called Mr. Bruce to talk to me. Mr. Bruce is a good listener, he listened and apologized that he couldn’t do anything because it’s more than 2wks. I explained to him that I traveled but he was at least concerned and spoke to me ethically. Best manager at this location but I won’t visit this Westland location again and if it’s the only Macy’s in Miami, I will shop online or visit them when I’m out of Miami. Everyone who walks into the store has an expectation. Please be kind and respectful."

"The lady’s that work in Dior cosmetics always take care of me with such gentleness and care they actually recommend products for my skin.My skin is extremely sensitive and because of that I can’t use many products but thanks to those lady’s I found products that fit my skin and doesn’t cause it to burn nor itch. Thanks again for the help."

"Went in with the intention of buying a fossil watch and the women at the counter paid us no mind for around 30 minutes. She was with a costumer but could’ve at least acknowledged us. I went asking for someone else to help and no help was given."
