"We came here at 10:40pm and they said that the store is close. If that's the case why you tell people on the website that is open till 11pm on Tuesday?! You wasting my time!!!"
"The manager Raul is not customer-focused and ineffective. There were 14+ customers waiting in line and only 1 other cashier. He was more concerned about putting hangers up than helping customers. We watched him disassemble an entire pile of hangers and color-code the size markers in this plastic organizer while we all waited and watched in amazement. What should have taken 10mins to checkout took 45mins because he was completely oblivious that he should be focusing on customer service first, he just didn't seem to care that the line was growing. I only came in to purchase 2 items and unfortunately, my groceries were in the car and the ice cream for the kids completely melted thanks Raul."
"Today is 12/27 at 1130am. There are 36 people in line with only 3 cashiers open. The same line for returns as purchases so it is taking forever for the line to move. Poor planning. Poor management."
