"I did not use this company. I was driving on the highway and was about to pass one of their dump trucks and as soon as I got to the rear of the truck it was like the driver purposely tried to run into me. Almost did too. He saw me coming he had to. Unless he doesn’t look before switching lanes I was going 80+ in the car left lane and he merged very fast, making me slam on my breakers and go off the road. Very dangerous drivers! Had no reason to do that either. Yes he was behind a semi but if you know big trucks, none of them are fast. So he did that to race a semi which he could barely pass. If you see one of these trucks, get away from it asap!!!"

"This company should train their Drivers to follow the law today 1/9/24 Truck #142 around 9:35 am on Brandon 60 was speeding cutting lanes in traffic . Pushing cars out of the way using all 4 lanes. This is scary that he is driving a heavy vehicle in that manner."

"It’s good place to start if you lack end dump experience. The pay is decent could be better with more strategic dispatching and put a pause on hiring when work is slow. In example. You have dedicated trucks on a specific account that pays better than a local account other drivers are on. Well when that specific account isn’t needed needed the dispatcher will assign those trucks to the local load that’s assigned to the other local drivers which ultimately lessens the amount of loads the locals can do once the receiver is full. So essentially the out of state runners get paid better than the locals and once the out of state runners aren’t needed out of state they get dispatched to the locals job still guaranteeing them a good check. The problem with that is the locals are then displaced doing other odd jobs that may not pay as good rather than dispatching the out of state drivers the odd jobs potentially balancing out the pay for the company drivers. Favouritism exists for sure obviously an unethical tactic. Communication is pretty bad they prefer you to text but you’re driving and they have cameras in dash which is entrapment. Majority of your repairs is going to take place in the main yard in Tampa because the other yards have a limited mechanic and issue with that is you potentially losing out on loads and not able to get a reload out of the area. You’d think the dispatcher would do what’s best for the company seeing that they have overhead expenses and truck payments but that may not be more so their concern. Lastly if work is slow why hire more drivers? You’d think let me take care of the people doing the job now who aren’t giving us a reason to hire others the opportunity to capitalize on their pay with more. But rather that they hire more drivers once again lessening the amount of loads to be dispatched and resulting in less pay. Ultimately it leaves a bad taste about the company regarding pay when it could all be avoided if they take care of the employees they have currently. They say if it’s not broken then don’t fix it and in sports if your team is losing you don’t replace the players if they are performing and showing up. You replace the coaching staff for bad play making aka dispatching. Salud"

"Hired me and on the second day of training they dismissed me and said I was disqualified after my first hour of seat time without an explanation. The Mentor who's a 4 year driver told me he grosses 50k a year there. They have camera's facing inside of the cabin to invade and listen to your privacy. The Trainors give no warnings on anything he'd let you crash without saying a word like he told me with his past students. The trucks tip over often also told by my trainor. If your a driver at the Orlando spot your likely Latino and nothing else. Wouldn't reccomend working here."

"This truck just pulled out in front of us so much so we had to come to a complete stop for a couple minutes to let him go. It was a straight road, we were going normal speed on highway 50 Cortez. There is no way he couldn’t see us. What was the point of pulling out in front of us? If we weren’t looking for one second this driver would have caused a deadly accident."
