"This shop serviced my trailer for 1 week to make sure it got ALL the maintenance that was scheduled in advance to be done. 1st day that I pick up my trailer, not only did they not replace the tires, but the wheel seal and slack adjuster was completely bad and needed replacement which caused my trailer to shift and I had my pallets shift inside. I have no idea how "professional" techs could overlook these issues. Not only did they endanger my driver but made me lose my customer because the freight got damaged and it didn't deliver promptly. I spoke to their techs and no one knows how this got overlooked... also, this happens in most Ryder shops I go to and no one cares to even reach out to my company and try to get solutions."

"They did a 120 point inspection, oil change and 2 steer tires. I needed to get a bulb for left front turn signal though when I made it back to Atlanta and the pull is gone but the truck still has a shake, not has bad, but there. Update 5/14/22, thanks Donald, I did not mean for it to be or sound negative. After re reading it I can see why it would look that way. I was happy it didn't take forever to get the BPM and a couple campaigns, and the folks there are nice and I was happy they got the truck out rather quickly. It was just an oversight or what have you. I WILL BE BACK. You guys are 2 miles from my house and the company I work for is beginning to lease more and more trucks and I don't see that changing. I'm just a driver, no one of importance and please don't think I was trying to get a jab in. There's plenty of people waiting to fill my shoes amd I know my role in life."

"This shop is one of the worst shops I’ve encountered. They don’t care about getting my unit back on the road and are not putting forth the effort to get the unit repaired. They are dishonest and deceptive. And, Have no regard for the time they are wasting of drivers. I definitely advise not attending this shop unless it’s an absolute do or you can’t drive your tractor situation. And, even with that situation please be mindful that you’re going to have technicians sitting around doing nothing and lying like they’ve done something. Please do yourself a favor and find another shop if you don’t have at least a month to spare."

"My husband and I would give this location 10 starts if we could. We are on vacation and our tractor needed tire repair. We asked for a appointment and they offered us one. From the first phone call to arrival to top notch work to us leaving with 4 new tires and a truck wash. This location is doing it right. Lakeland, FL you took care of us today with A plus service if only we could get this type of service In NY. You made our day you were quick we can safely get back rolling and enjoy our vacation."
