"This driver ran me off the road on Porter Lake road going south and I was going north. I turned around and talked to him about it and he acted like he hadn't done anything. If I hadn't have run off the road I would have been a splat on the road. This guy should be fired."

"Worst customer service ever. The company does not have a business phone number is a cellular phone so if they are not in the office can’t help u. The box I sent take longer than expected. Never send with them again."

"Very simply put I have always sent boxes with this company. I never had an issue until this last Box I sent. when I reached out to them for assistance they literally washed their hands off and said that all they could give me was the tracking number of where the Box was over there but they couldn't give me a phone number, couldn't put me in contact, they would not reach out to anybody. So they act as a bridge between us here and our families over there when we sent things and they flat out pulled the rug and say we are not going to help you once it leaves our building you are on your own. It makes me sad because I have been a faithful customer to them But apparently that does not matter. So now back to the drawing board to find a company that will help you and assist you if something happens figure out why it's happening and help us get the things we sent for our family to them. The saddest thing is that the only thing in that Box of value was a Halloween costume for a little boy that asked me for it and I wanted to bring him some happiness that Box has been in that warehouse since before Halloween and the people here that are supposed to help me turn their back and said it's not there yet there's nothing we can do and to this day supposedly the boxes there but they won't give me the information I need to get to the Box. I always proudly told other Colombians to send from there. Especially those in the médico fiel. But because of their lack of care and response i will not endorse them. AVOID THEM."
