"The absolute worst crooks who cannot communicate within the company when it comes to trucking between there own employees and carriers……. They will steal your money and tell you that your responsible for paying detention to another company they booked on a load that you VERY WELL COMMUNICATED with another one of there employees who has now all of a sudden have gone on vacation….. Not to mention calling Keisha in Georgia was nothing short of a ghetto experience I really hate to even match people’s energy but she’s definitely that one that will take you there ….. just fyi DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY…. If you looking for a ghetto experience by all means Book with this company if not stay away and save the headache trust me you will thank me later and this isn’t a review because the company upset me this review is to warn others I literally should have followed the advice of the previous reviews before me but didn’t please please please stay away from this company"

"Steer clear of this "logistics provider". By far the worst experience I've ever had with a shipping carrier. Fortunately, CH Robinson agreed to blacklist them from future shipments and refund the shipping costs we paid due to the incompetence we experienced from Josh at NPL."
