"We had them box up an antique roll-top desk and ship it. Family heirloom. Sad to say, they boxed it up poorly, no support under the feet, and the legs all popped through the bottom of the box and into the pallet's air-space. Desk legs ended up skewed to the side, with the nailed-on back of the desk popped off. Surprised that no wooden parts seem to be actually broken, and hopefully a craftsman will be able to repair it."
