"The worst shipping company ever!!! I am still waiting for delivery of my product. In the system it shows delivered. However, never delivered. I tried calling them several times no answer. Still waiting! At this point, I am moving forward with canceling my order."

"TERRIBLE experience This is a contracted company for Pilot and they are unresponsive, do not deliver when scheduled and very hard to reach. I called and was immediately put on hold before anyone even answered and held for over an hour. Then Pilot schedule a delivery through them for a specific date but I was told they would call within 24 hours to confirm. I received no confirmation and called them to finally have someone answer and be told that no shipment was scheduled. So we scheduled the shipment again for the following week between 9-1 and the delivery never came. When I called the office they said they were unable to help me because the driver was not answering his phone. What a horrible experience!"

"Awful company. Kevin and company lollygag for 12 days with my package in their possession until I call them and ask what's happening to my items. Excuses and lies come my way. Then, two days later, I get a call that my item can be delivered in four days, he gives me a four hour window. On the said day, I waste my time waiting for someone to show up and after the delivery window times come and go, I call to find out what's going on. The Kevin guy tells me that my package was sent back to the freight company on the same day they called me to schedule the final delivery, I am in a loss for words at this point. How such incompetent companies manage to stay in business? That same Kevin that works for Air Surface Express, wrote a five star review on here, a sad state of affairs..."

"I would give them no stars if I could. They were supposed to deliver on a Friday between 9 am and 1 pm. When I called them at 12:30 they said it will be definitely be delivered today. When I called at 2 pm they said they came at 11:30 am and no one was home or answered the phone. NOT TRUE!! I was home all day & my phone NEVER rang. When I tried to reschedule delivery later that day the recording said the message cue was full! And when I tried to reschedule on Monday I was again unable to talk to anyone or leave a message."

"Little taken back by the reviews because my experience was night & day with Air Surface express ( and Kevin ) . I placed a large order that was originally assigned to Pilot freight services by the company I purchased from . There was a big disconnect and lack of organization from freight to the point they advised my order would be delayed over a week . Long story short they handed off my package to Air surface without a word to me. I only found out when I re called pilot to get updated info on my package . So I called Air Surface . Kevin picked up and was very professional , nice , and to the point . Once I spoke and advised I was frustrated with Pilot he seemed to know what was happening as apparently that’s a common issue with many clients . I provided my tracking info and in less than 2 min he was able to resolve my issue . My advice is give them a try first . They might be getting bad rap for the errors of freight companies handling packages prior to them ."
