"My husband ordered a gun and had it transferred to this shop. Our tracking said it was delivered to his shop. We contacted them on when to pick it up and they said it never was delivered. We personally reached out to UPS as well as the gunshop we ordered from and they began an investigation. Low and behold, they did not properly intake the gun delivery and had pushed it aside under boxes. The owner as well as one of the associates were not friendly or really care that the gun was missing after if was delivered. We will never transfer another gun to this location and will use another local shop instead."

"I reached out for pricing, I received a response that was less than desirable. Apparently, hello, goodbye and thank you are not necessary pleasantries afforded to Mike's customers. Won't ever shop here again. Take care Mike. See, not so hard."

"If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. The only time I ever held a firearm was 20 years ago, at a range, with friends. I recently took Mike's CCW class. He is patient, thorough, answers all questions, and emphasizes safety above all else. Part of his course includes the range, where he taught me to shoot. Subsequently I spent time in his shop where, once again, Mike is incredibly patient and answered all my questions (I had several). While in his shop, two law enforcement agents came in as customers. Needless to say, they assured me I was in the right place. I prefer to support small, local businesses whenever possible. Mike's Firearms is an incredible gem to have in Naples and I highly recommend them! Thank-you to you and your family Mike, you have a customer for life!"
