"This is a great bike rental/sales/service shop. Located by the Legacy Trail. They emphasize safety and we learned some new things. Their bikes were well maintained and easy to ride. Maps and directions were furnished. And they sell Gazelle e-bikes which is a very good brand. Highly recommend !"

"Recently after spending a considerable amount of time looking at ebikes at many bike shops & feeling disappointed by what we saw my husband & I stopped at the BAM Electric bike shop & talked with one of the owners named Ray. In just a short time he said he felt he had some bikes coming in that would match what I was looking for. We were pleased that not only was Ray very knowledgeable but he was easy & comfortable to talk to even though we had just met him for the first time. We returned to the shop after we received a call saying the bikes were in. At that time we met the other owner Pamela who is also Ray’s wife. Pamela is also very knowledgeable about e-bikes & how to ride them. It was a great experience to have so much information about e-bikes available to us right there when we needed it - something that is difficult to get at other bike shops. It’s not that this is our first purchase of e-bikes as we have already owned them for a couple of years but I was not satisfied with mine. As a short over-weight 76 year old woman I need the right bike to continue biking. They showed me the absolutely most perfect bike. I love the bike I purchased & have been happily riding it! I would recommend this e-bike shop to anyone looking for quality bikes & top-notch service!"

"Rented a bike with a bad battery and didn’t own up to it. Battery died half way. Told us to paddle back. These are heavy bikes. This is not ideal for older people. We rented two bikes - biked at same speed and distance and one of the bikes was fine. Bad business. Additional response to Big Bam bikes - you provided a half-charged bike while telling us it was fully charged. You repeatedly told us to pedal back. Only after 1.5 hours did you relent and did what you should have done the first time we called and asked for assistance. The mistake was initially yours. You did not charge the bike. You want good customer reviews? Own up, apologize for a far less than ideal experience, and then I will provide positive feedback. Still further - you left me a voicemail at 4:09 pm reminding us of closing time while knowing full well what the issue was and that someone was finally on the way? Yep, customer service."
