"This place is the best place for all your E-bike needs! My wife and I purchased an E-bike for my Father-in-law who has a little hard time getting around. He was in love with it. It did however run into an issue and we brought it to this shop. To say Ryan and Joey went above and beyond is an understatement. We didn’t even buy the bike from them and they diagnosed the problem in under an hour! I was blown away and they took care of the issue! I will definitely be back to purchase an E-Bike from them!"

"I had terrible experiences here. I got my bike worked on about 5 different times here. The first time I changed a tire tube and was happy with it. Then I got the other one changed a few weeks later along with a break alignment and somehow got charged a labor fee for it taking less than 15 minutes but I got more done than before but I let the extra $20 charge slide for now. A few days later my tube popped again and I had to get it replaced there again for the same charge and same price no warranty or help even tho I got it changed days prior. After this I got my break pads replaced and the same day the front one fell off after leaving the store. I’m not sure how this happened but they didn’t screw it tight enough to stay on for a 5 minute ride home and I haven’t had front breaks since. Next I went in cause my pedal assist stopped working and I told them that previously some sensor bracket was out of place and the previous owner just moved it and it worked fine. Idk what any of this is so I brought it in for help. 3 days later I get a call that the controller is the problem and they can’t fix it. I paid $53 a few days later and got my bike brought it home and got instructions on how to move the bracket into place from the manufacturer. I did it and it worked fine. Idk how I can bring something in tell them the problem then they choose to not even try to fix what I told them the problem was. I got my refund cause I thought it was ridiculous to spend $50 and was also told to never come back! Which I won’t because idk how many times I gotta bring a bike in but it shouldn’t be every 2 weeks getting the same repairs done over and over."

"I would give them 10 stars if that was a choice. I came to Lake Moroe camping from South West Florida and my brand new (this is my second ride) e bike left me at Gemini springs 3 miles away from camp. Long story short I got my bike to this place of business and they got right on it! Immediately they found the issue and got me going again. I can not thank them enough. Awesome place of business!"
