"My wife and I bought our wedding rings from Jerry's. The woman that sold the to us told me when I asked if they were gold she said yes. She neglected to reveal they are gold filled and she was charging us the 14K price. Unfortunately, we did not discover this until almost nine years later when a Jeweler pointed it out to us."
"Not too personable personality wise but hey its a pawn shop and Florida is being overrun with rude people. 3 stars for their layaway program. Four stars for selling me a handgun for $475 marked as one thing when it was actually another thing valued around $700. So that made everything better on my impression of them. Lol. You got to find other ways for victories other than just positive customer service these days like a gypsy trader"
"Everything is priced 20% higher than it should be and they offer less than half of what they should when selling to them. I brought in 2 handguns, never fired, both the best selling models on earth right now (I worked at a firearm manufacturer and dealer and have knowledge on all the pricing throughout the supply chain). They offered me less than 1/6th the retail value. Do yourself a favor and check out literally any other shop first."
"Stopped in with a friend who wanted to check out some guns for CCW. I was surprised by how nice this shop is. The ladies in front were very welcoming. Lots of fishing gear in the front. The gun shop in the back is amazing. Great selection. The gentleman there was very helpful. He even suggested that my friend go to a gun range where she could rent the different guns instead of talking her into one just to make a sale. He took his time to explain the differences in the guns to us. Prices are a few dollars more than the big box stores, but small businesses have to make a living and you don't get this kind of customer service at the big stores. We'll be back."
