"Horrible customer service! Avoid this company at all cost. I love Aero Precision but this might be the last time I deal with Aero and ballistic advantage. No one answers the phone and when the phone system asks to leave a message the phone call ends without the option to leave a message. There is no response through their other forms of communication so good luck trying to resolve any issues you may have. If I get a response back I’ll change my review but as of now you’ve lost a customer."

"Ordered the wrong barrel and used their website chat to correct it. The agent was able to cancel my order so I could order the correct barrel. This is the second barrel I've purchased from BA. I received both barrels rather quickly and they are beauties (Fluted Stainless Steel). Haven't had a chance to put anything down range with either, but will try and post another review after that takes place."

"This company has good products and I've been a big fan until I had to deal with customer service. Placed a order on a Black Friday sale and didn't hear anything for two weeks. I then get a voicemail saying there was a problem with my order. I tried calling back but couldn't get anybody. Tried the next day got through and was told my order had been cancelled because I never got back to them quick enough. They claimed they tried to contact me many times. I ask how did they try to contact me and the person said she didn't have that information. All I received was one call/voicemail. It's unfortunate but I'll guess I'll try Midwest industries. Maybe they have better service. Oh yeah before they post a comment on my review I did check my spam folder in my email."

"I ordered a barrel, gas block and a tube for a build. This wasn't my first rodeo. In fact, it's probably about my 4 dozenth build rodeo. Get it put together and it short stroked. Both open and suppressed- typically a simple fix. I start at the gas block and work my way back. Anyway, had to fill out a "help desk ticket" because they don't respond to emails. I got a list of EVERYTHING to adjust or troubleshoot EXCEPT their products; i.e., mags, buffer, buffer spring, ammo, etc. But, like they recommended, I went through their list even though I knew it was the gas block because the lock pin was off center causing the tube to cant in the upper- and I told them this in the HD ticket. Yet they still made me do the dog and pony exercise. Finally, they recommend that I send the barrel back for "inspection". Not replacement. That's when I start my own gunsmithing because they've made it stupid difficult to work with them on this issue. I pull the tube and guess what? it's about 2mm too short. Just enough to cause the gas holes to NOT line up. Issue fixed. Their gunsmith is a HACK who doesn't know the first thing about troubleshooting the product that he represents. Or the AR platform weapon system. First and last purchase from Ballistic Advantage. It's no wonder that they have bad reviews. Of course, after my issue, I read bad review after bad review about the complete lack of quality control of their products and their lack of ability to work with the customers who have issues."

"AVOID THIS COMPANY! TLDR: Very poor QC... Received a barrel with bad threading on the muzzle device(sounds like a widespread issue among the particular model) and they sent a replacement. The problem is that the replacement has an even worse defect because the chamber isn't fully cut and won't seat a round... Radio silence from customer service and took so long on their replacement that I can't submit a charge back. Also, love that it caused me to damage my anodized ADM upper trying to unseat the headspace gauge..."
