I was there to spend an easy $40 and taken about five minutes. If the store doesn’t want to be open, then close it if the people don’t wanna work there quit"

"We went to the Apopka location, upon entering the store, not one person acknowledged us. We had to approach an associate since no one wanted to get up to help us. We needed assistance with which type of cleats would best suit our needs.Once we engaged with the associate, she was nice but had no knowledge of cleats nor did she ask another associate if they could answer our questions. Customer service is lacking in this store. If we were not in a hurry, I would have left and went to the Mt. Dora location."
