"I went to the store at 10 when it says it opens and a 1015 the employees inside are still looking at me standing outside with the door locked. I was there to spend an easy $40 and taken about five minutes. If the store doesn’t want to be open, then close it if the people don’t wanna work there quit"
"I waited over an hour or two at the register, only to be double charged and still too this day have not received my refund which is over $400. So no it was not a pleasant shopping experience"
"The cashier was helpful. I give her 10 but i think they need more people in the sales floor for assistance. Also they need to greet people when you walk in the store. This is the best way to make customer feel welcome and to keep them coming back as well."

"We went to the Apopka location, upon entering the store, not one person acknowledged us. We had to approach an associate since no one wanted to get up to help us. We needed assistance with which type of cleats would best suit our needs.Once we engaged with the associate, she was nice but had no knowledge of cleats nor did she ask another associate if they could answer our questions. Customer service is lacking in this store. If we were not in a hurry, I would have left and went to the Mt. Dora location."
