"They were scheduled to pick up a class of elementary students for a field trip today. No one showed up and all the kids were left without a way to go on their field trip. Tried calling repeatedly. No answer. When we finally got ahold of them they could not provide anything to help and this reservation was scheduled months ago. I would not use them for anything."
"I live almost to Perdido. I have been riding for over 20 years. I and one other person was in line, paid and the bus driver Willie left us when he said he would wait for us. I have waited on folks before. Today, you get rated a zero. I hope they open another bus service, that was rude what he did today."
