By then I would not have been on time for the services, anyway, so I cancelled the ride, and Ztrip has lost a customer."
"Scheduled a zTrip 11a from hospital (was in there 3 days) for 1230, Never showed up even after multiple calls.. They apologized but they still didn't fix it I had to figure out another way to get home after spending 2 and a 1/2 hours in over a 100ﾟ temperature. I highly recommend that you don't use these people because they don't really concern themselves with the types of needs that people have for transportation. I am surprised that they are even in business."
"After requesting a lift for a special day, a week in advance, no driver was scheduled for us at all. No show! Ruined my birthday outing we had planned for since his stroke. ZTRIP is horrible! Don't count on them. They are "supposed to advise you when you request the service that there are no guarantees of showing" What kind of service is that if you can't expect them to show. Confirmation number or not, all you can do is hope they show eventually."
